本项目在海南陵水的一座顶层望海大平层，
为了实现露台泳池和室内的衔接，
客厅改造楼梯完美呈现跃层空间。
入户大厅没有摆设任何多余的家具沙发，
因为映入眼前的，首先是八米宽的圆弧落地大玻璃窗。
窗外对面是陵水的高尔夫球场一片绿色。

This project is located on the top floor of a sea view
building in Lingshui, Hainan.
In order to achieve the connection between the
terrace pool and the interior,
the living room has been renovated with
stairs to perfectly present a jumping space.
There are no extra furniture or sofas in
the entrance hall,
as the first thing that comes into view is an eight
meter wide curved floor to ceiling glass window.
Across from the window is the green
golf course in Lingshui.

设计师喜欢海南的绿和蓝，
植物的绿天空的蓝，
更喜欢这里的独特的水果。
为了更好的将外界的绿色和蓝色映入室内，
大厅清空了一切无效的摆设，
让4米多高的大玻璃在高空中融合大自然。

The designer likes the green and blue of Hainan,
the green of plants and the blue of the sky,
and prefers the unique fruits here.
 In order to better reflect the green and blue
colors of the outside world into the interior,
the hall cleared all ineffective decorations,
allowing the 4-meter-high glass to blend
with nature in the high air. 

客厅独立向上延伸至顶层大露台的楼梯，
也单独呈现在大厅中间，
不仅增加了客厅的气场，
也更有仪式感。
在大窗台下做了一致长度的石材台阶，
可供多人休闲度假享坐。

The staircase that extends independently
from the living room to the top terrace is also presented
separately in the middle of the hall,
which not only increases the
atmosphere of the living room,
but also has a sense of ceremony.
A stone staircase of consistent length
has been made under the large window sill,
which can be used for multiple
people to relax and enjoy their vacation.

项目分为一个大厅两个客厅并且和中西厨餐厅合并，
空间层次分明功能使用高效。
整个项目呈现两个色系，
以米色为主融合金属漆的金属色作为重要区域，
项目层高四米六具备很好的高度，
使得整个空间的高级感爆棚。

The project is divided into one hall and two living rooms,
which are merged with Chinese and Western
kitchens and restaurants,
with clear spatial hierarchy and efficient functional use.
The entire project presents two color schemes,
 with beige as the main color and metallic
paint as the important area.
The project has a height of 4.6 meters,
which provides a great sense of
luxury for the entire space.

整个空间的墙面不做任何过多无效的装饰，
但在圆弧门造型、客厅圆形顶棚、立体金色背景，
都突出了该有的设计感和仪式感，
衬托出空间恰到好处的高耸感。

The walls of the entire space do not have any
excessive or ineffective decorations,
but the circular door shape,
living room circular ceiling,
and three-dimensional golden background
all highlight the necessary design and ritual sense,
highlighting the towering
feeling of the space perfectly.

两个客厅的采光极好餐厅就餐旁的大玻璃，
一边是望向大海的海景房，
整齐的海平和空旷的海面风景。
一边是对应绿色大山的山景房，
特别是在不同自然景象下，
雷雨时的闪电和乌云密布，
晴朗云开的蓝天白云，
坐在玻璃下的单椅沙发或餐椅，
别有一番感想……

The two living rooms have excellent lighting,
 while the dining room has a large glass next to it.
On one side is a sea view room
with a neat sea level and an open sea view.
On one side is the mountain view room
 corresponding to the green mountains,
especially in different natural scenery,
 lightning and dark clouds during thunderstorms,
 clear blue sky and white clouds,
and a single chair sofa or dining chair sitting
under the glass,
which gives a unique feeling

西厨餐厅七字形落地大窗户，
一望无垠的山与海尽收眼底，
在这样的环境下开启度假和生活，
瞬间提升了人生的品质感。

The seven shaped floor to ceiling windows 
of the Western Kitchen Restaurant 
offer a panoramic view of the boundless 
mountains and sea. 
Embarking on vacation and living in such an environment 
instantly enhances the quality of life.

浴缸搬到了阳台，
在这一刻，绝对不仅仅只是沐浴身体，
更是心灵上的一次洗涤，
在每次旅行回来度假的时候，
快速的放松和温馨感油然而生。
真正做到了人与自然的落地，
720度感受黄昏下的外景。

The bathtub has been moved to the balcony,
 and at this moment,
it is not just a bath for the body,
but also a spiritual cleansing.
Every time you return from a trip for vacation,
you can quickly relax and feel warm.
Truly achieving the landing of humans and nature,
experiencing the outdoor scenery
at 720 degrees Celsius in the twilight.

楼梯通上顶层露台，
在这里有苏州师造提供的户外场景，
空中泳池、高空绿植、空中BBQ，
这一层的空间几乎与天空连在一起，
人得到了尊重，生活得到升级，
这就是人居的目的……

The staircase leads to the top terrace, 
where Suzhou Shizao provides the best outdoor scenery,
including an aerial swimming pool,
high-altitude green plants,
and aerial BBQ.
The space on this floor is almost connected to the sky,
 and people are respected and their lives are upgraded.
 This is the ultimate goal of human habitation
